Norma Lyons, 60, had an overweight of 40 pounds when he was diagnosed with prediabetics almost a decade ago.

People with prediabetes have higher blood sugar levels than normal: this is not a question, they cannot be treated, they can be converted into fully diabetes, putting them at risk of heart disease and stroke.
